3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing all necessary content, branding materials, and approvals promptly.
Ensuring that submitted content does not violate any copyright, trademark, or applicable laws.
Timely communication and feedback during project milestones. Failure to provide necessary assets or responses may delay project delivery and does not exempt the client from payment obligations.
4. Agency Responsibilities
PLUTO commits to delivering professional, high-quality services according to the agreed project scope. We will maintain open communication, protect confidential client information, and ensure deliverables meet professional standards.
5. Payment & Billing
A non-refundable deposit (usually 50%) is required before project commencement.
Remaining balances are due upon project completion, before website launch or final file delivery.
Late or missed payments may result in project suspension or additional fees.
All pricing and plans are clearly outlined on our website [heypluto.agency] or within client contracts.
6. Revisions & Project Approval
Each project includes two rounds of revisions, unless otherwise stated.
Once the project is approved by the client, no further changes will be made unless the client is enrolled in our Hosting & Maintenance Plan, which includes updates and revisions.

7. Support & Maintenance
PLUTO provides ongoing support as defined in our Support Policy.
Clients on a Hosting & Maintenance Plan receive continued technical support, content updates, and website monitoring.
Clients with one-time projects may request support on a per-issue basis, subject to separate billing.
Support requests must be submitted via [info@heypluto.agency] with clear issue descriptions.
8. Intellectual Property
The Client retains ownership of all final deliverables once full payment has been made.
PLUTO retains ownership of non-final drafts, design files, and proprietary tools.
Use of third-party assets (plugins, stock images, fonts, etc.) remains subject to their individual license terms.
9.Modifications to Services or Terms
PLUTO reserves the right to update or modify our Terms, services, or pricing at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to [heypluto.agency]. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
